Returns (Damaged Goods)
All items are fully inspected prior to being dispatched from our warehouse but, in the unlikely event that your goods are damaged on arrival, please contact our team on 01562 888488 to arrange a return.
Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Returned goods will be inspected on receipt by our warehouse team and, if found to be damaged or faulty, you will not be charged for the cost of the return delivery.
